Who is a woman?
A woman is a girl, a sister, a mother who takes care of everyone related to them. A woman is a gift given to us by God.
They are the "sati sawitri" on earth. Our earth is also called as "Mother Earth" it shows the importance of women in the culture.
Now whether its professional work or whether its household work they are remarkably apart from men. No, you ask why? Men are always on the top and how can one say that women are far apart from men? Men are better than women no doubt but only in professional careers tell me a man who is good at both handling household stuff and also professional career and yes there are few of them but not the majority of them which is the reason which keeps women remarkably apart from men.
So now how are Women better managers?
Think of a man who is good at everything they take in account for you won't be able to find one.
Think of a woman who is good at everything they take in account for you will find tons. And the only reason why women are nowadays also handling professional career and rest everything makes them a Great Manager or you can say better Managers. Being a man, I cannot take care of a child which a sister or a mother can take. I can't cook tasty food and even if I cook I can't cook it daily. Yes probably I can be good at work but that is also not the case in today's modern world because now women are given the same respect in the society similar to men and due to that they now can showcase their ability which is far more ahead of men. Still, there are many factors which keep them behind of men but guess what they are moving forward at a very fast pace. So men, be aware you got a tough competition now. Because the way they manage the work and solve problems is immensely well. They can also be identified as "Multitasker".

Show Kindness towards them. Because without them there would have been no peace in the world.
