Talent v/s Hard work. Who wins?
What is Talent?
Talent is a gift from God, it is a natural asset which makes you distinct from others.
What is Hard work?
Hard work is not gifted to anyone of us, it is a process which when performed repeatedly with persistence leads to success.
Now, why I am writing this?
The answer to the question is simple if we see the successful individuals like Jobs, Gates, Bezos and this list never ends.
Many of us including me would consider them as our idols, some want to be like them, live like them, enjoy like them.
But, to our surprise, they created history because they were different from the rest around them, they had a spark within to do something great, to serve the society in some way or the other. Everyone who is a master now had someday started as a rookie.
Now how they reached to such heights?
Were all the billionaires talented? The answer to this is NO they were not but all of them had one thing in common and which is an only key to success. It is "Hard work".
Yes, it is Hard work if you are not talented enough that is completely okay, but if you are the hardest worker in the room believe me success is coming your way very soon.
At the same time if you are talented and not Hardworking you will remain one and the same. Because Hard work beats talent, but talent does not beat Hard work.
The majority of people in the world are not talented, but if you have a quality to do hard work don't worry even if you will fail twice or thrice, you will definitely succeed.

The majority of people in the world are not talented, but if you have a quality to do hard work don't worry even if you will fail twice or thrice, you will definitely succeed.
As Colin Powel said "There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work and learning from failure."
Don't get upset if you are not talented, start worrying if you are not a hard worker.
